Bursary Information

The purpose of these bursaries is to provide financial support to enable young scientists and clinicians to attend the International Congress on Porphyrins and Porphyrias (ICPP).

Successful applicants will receive a bursary of €1,000 – €1,500, depending on travel distance, together with free registration for the conference.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

be under 40 years of age on 31 December 2027
be working at an IPNET member centre
submit an abstract for the meeting as first author
have the application countersigned by the Head of their local IPNET Centre

If the submitted abstract is selected for oral presentation, the bursary recipient will be required to present the work at the meeting.
